Research Description:
I'm integrating genomic data from clinical and animal models of Alzheimer's disease to facilitate the development of therapeutic interventions. I have extensive experience with cell and molecular biology, biochemistry, and microbiology techniques. I have also cultivated expertise in bioinformatic analyses including analysis of transcriptome, proteome, and ChIP-seq datasets as well as genome assembly and annotation pipelines.
