Research Description:
I am interested in larval sea star regeneration. Specifically, I study how cell proliferation is regulated to allow regeneration to occur and which cell populations contribute towards the formation of new tissues. I am also interested in how the wound influences regeneration, with a focus on MAPK signaling.
