Postdoctoral Researcher

Research Description

I am a trained engineer, molecular and computational biologist with a strong background in gene regulatory networks, software development and data analysis of genomic and transcriptomic datasets. My passions are to develop novel tools for biologists, find creative ways to analyse data, to see students under my supervision developing their full potential and to open up new opportunities for collaborations by organising events that bring together scientists with different computational backgrounds.
